The average person will walk an estimated 150,000 miles in their lifetime, roughly the equivalent of walking around the world six times. The feet are complex in their anatomical structure and sensitive to health problems that occur in the body and can reveal numerous hidden health problems. Through your daily life activities, the feet can change structurally over time, causing a reshaping of the feet. This course highlights some of the most common foot pathologies, their causes, and when to seek treatment that you as a massage therapist may encounter in your practice. Carefully read the material and respond to each of the reflection questions.
