Description: This focused, technique‑driven course provides an in‑depth exploration of clinical massage approaches for the upper body, equipping practitioners with the skills needed to address common musculoskeletal conditions with confidence and precision. Through a blend of lecture, demonstration, and hands-on practice, students will study the structure and function of the neck, shoulders, back, chest, and arms, and learn to assess soft-tissue dysfunction and apply targeted therapeutic interventions.
Emphasis is placed on clinical reasoning, body mechanics, and adapting treatment plans to each client's unique needs. By the end of the course, practitioners will be able to integrate upper‑body clinical massage techniques into their existing practice with greater accuracy, effectiveness, and therapeutic intention.
