Description:  Reiki I is the first step in a three‑level training series, introducing participants to the essential principles and practices of this ancient Japanese healing art. This foundational course explores the origins of Reiki, key terminology, core philosophies, and fundamental techniques used to support energetic balance for both practitioners and clients.

Blending traditional teachings with a modern, accessible approach, this class equips students with the knowledge and confidence needed to begin their Reiki journey. Upon successful completion, participants will be eligible to receive the Reiki I attunement, which opens the door to deeper study in Reiki II and Reiki III.
