We have attempted to make your experience with our company and our educational courses exceptionally pleasant by offering you a variety of registration avenues and payment methods. You may register by:
- Telephone- Simply call our office at (865) 450-3330 and one of our staff members will help you secure your reservation using a major credit card.
- U.S. Mail- You may mail your completed registration form to our office with your check, money order, cashier’s check, or credit card information.U.S. Mail.
- Fax- You may fax your completed registration form to our office at (865) 588-0909 with credit card payment.
- Internet- Simply complete your registration form online with a secure credit card processing. [Unless otherwise stated all discounts apply ONLY to online registrations.]
You will be notified immediately if any changes are made to your scheduled course.
Walk-in registrations will be accepted as space allows, however there is an additional $25 charge for not pre-registering.
Meals and parking expenses are not included in the price of the course.
Payment is due prior to course attendance.
Absolutely no audio or video recording devices are allowed during the course.

Cancellations received fifteen (15) business days prior to the course are refundable, less a $75 administrative charge per registrant. Cancellations received within the 15 day period are not refundable and a credit voucher may be issued toward attendance in another course of equal or lesser value. Please note, if you are registered for a course and do not attend, you are responsible for full payment and no credit will be given. Confirmation of your registration will be sent by email upon successful registration. If you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours of payment, please call our office at (865) 450-3330 to verify registration.
Q. How can I enroll in a course?

Q. How can I confirm whether my state board accepts your courses?
A. Our courses are approved by the State of Tennessee an by NCBTMB. If your state accepts NCBTMB courses, you can use Arbor’s courses to fulfill your CE requirements.
Q. How much time do I have to complete my online courses?
A. Our online courses don’t expire. Most states only accept CE’s in the year that it was completed.
Q. I lost my transcript/certificate. How can I get a replacement?
A. You may email info@Arbor4U.com and request a digital copy for free. If you would like a paper copy mailed to you, you should call (865) 450-3330 and request a replacement copy. There is a $7.00 charge for replacement copies.
Q. Do I need to pay when I register or can I pay at the door?
A. Unfortunately, Yes all courses must be paid in full upon registration. Our system is not set up for billing, installment payments, or payments at the door.
